Often called "Daoist Yoga", Yin yoga quiets the mind, relaxes the body and renews the spirit at once. Utilizing slow meditative poses, yin yoga helps balance your energetic field, dissolving common issues like low energy, overstimulation and an overactive mind.
The gentle but effective poses go beyond stretching the muscles to your connective tissues, helping to increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility, strengthen internal organs and deeply relax.
A must take class for everyone, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
Yin Yoga will be offered on alternate Sundays: 2/4, 2/18, 3/4, 3/18
