THE healing waters is a peaceful, adult-only experience reserved for guests 18 and older. This allows us to maintain a calm, restorative environment and uphold the safety standards of our hydrotherapy spaces.

Please bring a swimsuit, pool or shower shoes, and other pool clothing as needed. THE healing waters is a semi-private service and swimsuits are required. Robe and slipper service is available for $10 per person.

Appropriate CoverageSwimwear must provide adequate coverage of the chest, buttocks, and genital area at all times.Thong-style bottoms, see-through fabrics, or excessively revealing swimwear are not permitted.Sheer cover-ups or sarongs may be worn in common areas but are not a substitute for proper swimwear in the water.2. Hygiene RequirementsClean swimwear is required; please rinse before entering pools, hot tubs, or saunas.Street clothes, underwear, or workout attire are not permitted in place of swimwear.3. Fabric & FitSwimwear should be made of swim-safe materials (e.g., nylon, polyester, or lycra). Cotton or other absorbent fabrics are not allowed as they can affect water quality.Please choose a secure fit to prevent wardrobe malfunctions during movement or while using the facilities.4. Inclusivity & ComfortRash guards, swim leggings, modest swimwear, or adaptive swimwear are welcome.All guests are free to choose swimwear that aligns with their comfort, gender identity, and cultural needs, as long as it meets the coverage and fabric standards above.5. AccessoriesSwim caps and water-safe head coverings are permitted.Jewelry should be minimal for safety and to prevent loss or damage.Enforcement Our staff reserves the right to address swimwear that does not meet these guidelines. Yes. Healing Waters guests have access to our locker rooms, showers, and changing areas. Towels and shower amenities are provided, along with hair dryers to help you get ready after your visit.

Towels are provided with every Healing Waters visit. Guests who would like a little extra luxury may upgrade to our Premium Experience for $15, which includes a robe, slippers, and a functional wellness beverage.

Your reservation includes 90 minutes to explore THE healing waters at your own pace, including the Relaxation Pool, Therapeutic Hot Tub, Eucalyptus Steam Room, Cold Plunge, and Rainforest Shower. Towels and locker room amenities are provided.Your 90 minutes begin at your scheduled reservation time, so we recommend arriving early enough to check in and change without cutting into your experience.

THE element experience is a 40 minute salt therapy session. Salt therapy can aid in building the immune system, reducing respiratory ailments, revitalizing the skin and encouraging reduced stress. In order to achieve these results, the full 40 minutes is necessary.Due to its limited seating, as well as the time requirements, we suggest scheduling your element experience separate from your healing waters session. When scheduled within your Healing Waters session, you may enjoy an 50 minute healing water session with your 40 minute salt session.

Yes! THE Healing Waters may be available for private gatherings and special events outside of regular operating hours. To ensure we continue to promote a serene environment, no outside pool floats will be permitted inside THE healing waters, unless you are hosting a private event.

While we welcome you to capture your own memories, we ask that all photography and filming be done with mindfulness and respect for the experience of others.1. Respect PrivacyOnly capture images or video of yourself or your invited group.Never photograph or film other guests or staff without their clear permission.Photography and filming are not permitted in treatment rooms without prior permission from your provider.For the comfort, safety, and privacy of all guests, photography, filming, and video calls are strictly prohibited in all locker room areas at THE pearl.2. Keep the FlowPhotos and videos should be quick, discreet, and should not interrupt services, classes, treatments, or the natural flow of the space.Tripods, lighting equipment, or elaborate setups are not permitted during business hours.Avoid blocking walkways, entrances, or access to amenities.3. THE healing waters is an adults-only experience designed for independent use. Our Relaxation Pool has a maximum depth of 5 feet, and there is no lifeguard on duty. CPR-certified Healing Waters Concierges and Certified Pool Operators are on staff to support the safety and operation of the space, but guests are responsible for enjoying the waters within their own comfort and ability and following all posted safety guidelines.Because Healing Waters includes warm water, steam, and cold immersion, guests who are pregnant or have a medical condition that may be affected by temperature extremes should consult their healthcare provider before participating.
