bloom: a weekend retreat
Look around and you will see that the entire natural world is blooming. After a long time of rest and reflection, seeds are sprouting, flowers are resurfacing and the sun is beginning to provide more warmth and more light to help us grow.
Mother Nature makes no excuses. She grows wildly, abundantly, and expands as much as she needs to make this world beautiful. To bloom like Mother Nature is as natural as life itself, yet so often we allow old habits and attachments to stunt our growth. It is time to dissolve the patterns that keep you confined. It is time to bloom.
During this 2 1/2 day retreat, you will learn to embrace fresh starts and radiant renewal. Like a butterfly, you will begin a great metamorphosis. You will transform. Through self-care activities such as yoga, hiking, flower alchemy, healing circles, and therapeutic art, you will find the tools you need to bloom into the best version of yourself.
The full bloom retreat will be held at Shepard Spring Retreat Center in Sharpsburg, MD. The comfortable yet simplistic environment is perfect for keeping participants focused on the necessary work of letting go.

accommodation information
all participants will be staying in one of 19 single rooms.
each participant should bring the following:
towels and personal hygiene supplies
twin-size sheets, pillows, and blankets or sleeping bag
appropriate spring attire (jacket, rain gear, etc..)
shoes appropriate for outdoors
water bottle
yoga mat, yoga bolster, yoga blocks, and yoga blankets

cancelations 30 days in advance receive a 100% refund.
cancelations less than 15 days receive a 50% refund.
