Information on the most frequently asked questions about our Holiday Soiree on Saturday,  December 4th

DATE AND TIME

This year, THE pearl is pleased to host its 15th annual Holiday Soiree on a Saturday! We hope this allows more of our valued clients, guests, and members to enjoy the great savings in a fun and joyful atmosphere.

Doors open at 10:00 AM for ALL MEMBERS, and 12:00 PM for all other guests. Members will be able to receive extra discounts throughout the day. 

The Holiday Soiree will run until 8:00 PM. 

PARKING AND ENTRY

Ample parking is available to all guests and members on the day of the soiree. We suggest parking in the lot adjacent to Whole Foods, and either taking the elevator (located far left of the building) or the wheelchair-accessible ramp to the lower level, where we are located. Entry to the Soiree will be through our Wellness Entrance. 

COVID MEASURES

As always, your safety is our number one priority. THE pearl highly recommends all guests wear face masks on the day of the Soiree. In addition, we will provide sanitation stations throughout the spa, and we will be disinfecting all touchpoints frequently and according to CDC guidelines. 

 

We request that anyone who is feeling ill or who is displaying any symptoms of COVD stay home.  We will offer opportunities after the Soiree to enjoy savings to anyone who was not able to attend due to illness. 

CHILDREN

Due to the day's activities, THE pearl recommends that children under the age of 12 not attend the Soiree. Children 12 and up are welcome but must be supervised at all times. 

RAFFLE TICKETS + WINNERS

Raffle tickets will be provided to all who enter THE pearl on Saturday, December 4th. Tickets must be properly filled out with your contact information and placed in the drawing to qualify for a chance of winning one of over 50 prizes. 

The drawing will be held after the Soiree. Winners will be contacted via the information provided on the ticket and will be announced via Social Media. By entering the raffle, you give us permission to announce your First and Last name on our media platforms.

All winners will have until January 4th to pick up their prizes. Shipment can be arranged if necessary. The winner will pay all shipping costs plus a 10% packaging fee.  All prizes that are not picked up by January 4th will be donated. 

REFRESHMENTS

THE pearl will offer guests a "winter delight" refreshment package (while supplies last) on the day of the Soiree. Guests will receive a ticket upon entry, to be handed to the refreshment attendants the day of. Please note that we will only be able to provide one treat bag and one beverage per person so that we can ensure we have enough to accommodate all of our guests. We highly recommend enjoying lunch at one of the many restaurants in the area!

SAMPLE CLASSES

Sample movement classes will be offered throughout the day of the Soiree. Classes will be approximately 25 minutes in length and are designed to give you a preview of our classes. We welcome our guests to join in the fun! Pre-scheduling is not available, all classes are first-come, first served. 

PAYMENT

All major credit cards will be accepted for purchase of products or gift cards. THE pearl is unable to allow items to be purchased with a gift card on the day of the Soiree. 

STRESS-FREE SHOPPING OPTION

Are you looking forward to the fun at The Holiday Soiree, but dreading the possibility of waiting in line?  Or are you ready to buy but short on time? THE pearl is pleased to offer STRESS-FREE shopping options on the day of the Soiree! Simply come in, select the gifts and goodies you are interested in purchasing or fill out our gift card form, and leave them at one of our stress-free shopping stands for pick up at a later date or shipping via UPS. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, plus a 10% handling fee. 

PROCESSING

Please allow 3-4 days for STRESS-FREE shopping order fulfillment.

 

Due to increased pricing with all major delivery services, online orders for shipping may be subjected to additional shipping fees for heavier items. We will contact you via the information you provide upon checkout with more information.  

 

Orders not picked up by 12/17 will be considered canceled and a spa credit will be placed on your account, minus a 15% restocking fee. 

RETURNS

THE pearl is happy to accept returns on merchandise for 60 days for most items. We are unable to accept returns on holiday items after December 15th or clearance items at all. 

RESERVATIONS

THE pearl will be unable to assist in booking treatments, services or classes in person on the day of the Soiree. Online appointment booking is available 24 hours a day.
