grilled chicken with roasted peppers and chipotle cream

roast beef and cheddar with horseradish dill

roasted turkey and havarti with lemon caper mayonnaise

smoked mozzarella with basil pesto and roasted tomatoes (vegetarian, contains nuts)

south street hoagie with cappicola ham, salami, provolone and our signature hoagie mix

wrap sandwich options

grilled chicken  verde with cilantro, tomato and red pepper

roast beef  with blue cheese, bacon and tomato

roasted vegetables and red pepper hummus - with fresh spinach (vegan) 

smoked turkey with pepper jack cheese, lettuce and chipotle mayonnaise

turkey bbq with black beans, corn and shredded white cabbage

all pre-packaged retreats come with a catered boxed lunch for each guest, which includes a choice of an artesian sandwich, fresh fruit salad, pasta salad, and two house-baked cookies.
