THE pearl offers several flexible and functional spaces that are ideal for your next social gathering or corporate event.

Each space rental includes tables + chairs*, a party attendant to assist you throughout your event, and complimentary setup + cleanup time * 

THE lotus room

A pearlfect space for your next meeting, luncheon, workshop, or small gathering, THE lotus room features a modern vibe with comfortable seating, an updated smart tv with syncing capability, dimmable lighting, and no minimum hourly rental fee.

THE evolve studio

capacity: 65 seminar style
                45 formal seating

A soothing color palette of blues surrounds a gorgeous view of Lake Kitamaquandi, making THE evolve studio THE pearlfect space for your next seminar, celebration, or corporate "wellness hour." THE evolve studio rental includes tables, chairs, dimmable lighting, and a private sound system. 

$95 per hour**
no hourly minimum

THE bliss studio

capacity: 85 seminar style
                 60 formal seating

Create an extraordinary wellness event in THE bliss studio. Featuring a serene environment overlooking THE courtyard and Lake Kitamaquandi, THE bliss studio is pearlfect for any wellness gathering, bridal or baby shower, personal celebration, business ceremony, team building event, or any gathering. THE bliss studio rental includes tables, chairs, dimmable lighting, and a private sound system. Signature pearl tablescapes and access to THE courtyard are available for additional fees.

$125 per hour**
three-hour minimum

THE courtyard

capacity: 150 seated
                200 standing

Our gorgeous courtyard, overlooking Lake Kitamaquandi, can be transformed into almost anything you wish! Host a garden tea party, a farm-to-table dinner, a plush picnic, an outdoor "wellness hour", a gorgeous ceremony...the possibilities are endless!

 

THE courtyard rental includes tables, chairs, or picnic-style seating with our signature pearl tablescape.  

$95 per hour**
no hourly minimum
please note THE courtyard is temporarily closed due to building maintenance.

THE world is your oyster

capacity: up to 500 guests

Reserved for only THE grandest events, THE world is your oyster offers exclusive access to our entire facility for you and your guests.  Your rental can be customized to include access to THE lotus room, all studios, THE healing waters, THE courtyard, THE wellness lounge, our men's and women's locker rooms, THE reception areas, and our serene spa. Does not include treatments, classes, or experiences. 

 

Our personal event planner can assist you with options to ensure your guests know THE world is their oyster.

starting at $1250 per hour
five-hour minimum

* 15 minutes of set up and clean up grace period for rentals under 4 hours. 30 minutes set up and clean up grace period for rentals over 4 hours. additional time is charged per 15 minutes

**fee-based on normal business hours. additional hourly surcharges apply for after-hours, holidays, and certain weekend rentals. tables and chairs and complimentary for up to 80 guests. all additional needs will need to be rented through a preferred vendor.
