Our water confidence sessions empower you to feel safe and confident in the water and help you to enjoy the many benefits of swimming.
Through calming breathwork, supported floating, and slow, intentional movement, you’ll be invited to release tension and rediscover a sense of safety and trust.
Each session is approached with care and compassion, allowing you to move at your own pace as your body learns to soften, float, and feel supported.

While every guest is different, most find the greatest transformation through a series of sessions.
