Welcome to THE awakening, a 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training available only at THE pearl. This life-changing experience is for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of yoga, become a teacher, or dive deep into their own personal development.  Offered in a safe and supportive environment, THE pearl hopes to become your platform for both learning and growth.


Our instructors will guide you through an inclusive, communal 6-month journey that is designed to awaken your inner wisdom and light. You will uncover truths about yourself as you study the transformative teachings of the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, and pranayama.  You will be fully supported as you move from the role of a curious yoga student to an empowered and impactful yoga teacher. Upon completion of the program, you will have the tools, skills, and confidence to be able to lead students of all experience levels in yoga practice, as well as to begin your own yoga business. You will finish this program as a confident, knowledgeable, compassionate, ethical, and inspiring teacher ready to serve. You will awaken.


During the 6 fully interactive weekends one 5 weeknights together, we will dive deep into the four pillars of the Yoga Alliance core curriculum: techniques, training, and practice; yoga humanities; anatomy and physiology; and professional essentials. You will be immersed in both the practice and teaching of asana, yoga history, philosophy and ethics, anatomical and subtle body systems, pranayama, meditation, and much more. Deep soul work activities will guide you to uncover and release thoughts, behaviors, and habits that block you from your true self, allowing you to awaken your power. 


Our two heart-centered E-500 RYT teachers, Heather Jefferson and Kelly Felix will continue to mentor all students upon completion of the certification program and will continue to provide each newly certified teacher with access to resources and future immersion workshops. Passionate about creating a community of connection, Heather and Kelly have committed to continue to share their insight and love for yoga well beyond the training dates. Training is approved by Yoga Alliance.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of registration

Payment plan available: 6 monthly payments of $550 due on the Friday of each training weekend
