Our classes are designed to facilitate personal growth and foster self love through a fusion of ancient teachings and modern techniques. Our heart centered instructors and beautiful movement room create a safe space for all.
How do I reserve my spot?
THE pearl is pleased to offer several options to reserve your mindful movement class space.
What should I bring?
We suggest bringing a water bottle and towel. THE pearl has yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, weights and other support equipment for our clients to use, however, you may bring your own in if you prefer.
How will the check-in process work for classes?
Class check in can be done in person at our wellness desk or via our app.
Will there be water, showers, lounges avialable?
Our locker rooms and lounges are open! Feel free to come in early for a cup of tea or cucumber water or stay after to enjoy a shower or sauna.
What are you doing to ensure the highest level of saftey + sanitation?
Face masks are optional during class time.

Can I use a gift card to pay for my class?
Where are your classes located?
Our beautiful facility is located on the bottom floor of the Whole Foods building. Ample parking is avialable, either to the left of Whole Foods (take the walking ramp , then enter the building through the double doors), or at our private parking lot, located to the right and behind Whole Foods, right on the lake.
