frequent questions + things to know
parking + entry
currently, our private parking lot is closed. please park in the lot adjacent to Whole Foods, then take the building elevator (located to the left of Whole Foods) or the outdoor ramp (next to the playground) to the entrance. get directions here
raffle drawing and prize pickup
raffles will be drawn the following day, and you do not have to be present to win. winners will be contacted via email and phone based on the information provided on the ticket. winners of physical gifts have until December 31st to pick up their prize. shipping may be coordinated upon request and with appropriate shipping fees. all unclaimed gifts will be donated.
friends and family
members may invite friends and family to THE holiday soiree; however, they will not receive their discount. membership options will be available for sale the day of the soiree and are available to purchase online as well. please see our membership page for more information.
what if I can't make it?
currently, the only day to participate in THE holiday soiree is December 7th. if you are unable to make it, please be on the lookout for other exciting offers throughout the month of December!
