There’s a sacred softness to winter, an invitation to slow down, reflect, and listen inward. THE Wisdom Retreat honors this quieter season with a thoughtfully curated half-day experience designed to help you restore, gain clarity, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Your journey begins in THE healing waters, a sanctuary of warmth, restoration, and calm. As you float, soak, and surrender, the body softens, and the mind unwinds, creating space for deep restoration and gentle release.
From there, you’ll explore our seasonal Glow Stations, a hands-on space for nourishing self-care and quiet reflection. These moments invite you to slow your pace, check in with yourself, and gather insight as you move inward.
Then, gather for a cozy community dinner, sharing warm conversation and meaningful connection, before transitioning into our seasonal astrology workshop. Together, we’ll explore the celestial themes shaping the season ahead, offering perspective, guidance, and a deeper understanding of your personal rhythm.
The experience closes with a floating sound meditation in the pool, where water and sound create a deeply supportive container for rest, release, and integration. Held by soothing frequencies and stillness, you’re invited to listen inward, allowing wisdom to settle and clarity to emerge naturally.

$195 per person on or after 01/05/26

price includes all activities, robe and slipper service for THE healing waters, dinner, dessert, wellness beverages, all materials, and a restorative self-care take-home gift.
each participant should bring the following:
swimsuit (please read about our swimsuit standards here)
bag for swimsuit after THE healing waters
warm sweater or wrap for the workshop
payment + cancellation
payment is due in full at the time of registration. cancellations made four days in advance will receive a 100% refund. cancellations of less than 4 days will receive a credit to use towards a future experience, which will expire on 01/17/2027. no shows or same-day cancellations will not be subject to a refund.

glow stations are self-guided creative pop-up spots you can visit throughout the day—think self-care meets play. Whether you pause to craft, journal, stretch, or simply bask in a little glow, these stations are designed to spark curiosity and offer easy ways to recharge between activities.
dinner is buffet style and will feature a variety of seasonal offerings with something for everyone. expect a relaxed, nourishing meal to enjoy together as we wind down the day.
