Build a foundation of self-love and care through embodied movement, meditation, and more!
Each day will feature a different beginning movement class, wellness insights, proper skin and body care, and mindfulness through meditation.

Summer camp registration includes all movement classes, craft and activity fees, one healing waters session, and a smoothie bowl party on Friday.

Serene Start + After Glow
Campers are invited to arrive up to one hour early or stay one hour late to enjoy relaxing, supervised activities such as journaling, crafts, and quiet connection before and after camp. Drop off: 12:00 pm Pick Up: 5:00 pm
