THE rebirth retreat is a restorative spring immersion designed to help you release the heaviness of winter, awaken your energy, and step forward with clarity into a new season of growth. Thoughtfully curated to nurture both body and spirit, this experience creates space for reflection, expansion, and gentle transformation.
Move between the warmth of THE healing waters, interactive glow stations designed as personal rituals, a nourishing community dinner, and an illuminating astrology workshop offering insight into the cycle ahead. Your journey culminates in a deeply restorative Soundwaves experience, allowing what has shifted within you to fully integrate.

price includes all activities, robe and slipper service for THE healing waters, dinner, dessert, wellness beverages, all materials, and a restorative self-care take-home gift.
each participant should bring the following:
swimsuit (please read about our swimsuit standards here)
bag for swimsuit after THE healing waters
warm sweater or wrap for the workshop
payment + cancellation
payment is due in full at the time of registration. cancellations made four days in advance will receive a 100% refund. cancellations of less than 4 days will receive a credit to use towards a future experience, which will expire on 03/21/2027. no shows or same-day cancellations will not be subject to a refund.

glow stations are self-guided creative pop-up spots you can visit throughout the day—think self-care meets play. Whether you pause to craft, journal, stretch, or simply bask in a little glow, these stations are designed to spark curiosity and offer easy ways to recharge between activities.
dinner is buffet style and will feature a variety of seasonal offerings with something for everyone. expect a relaxed, nourishing meal to enjoy together as we wind down the day.
