Aerial yoga has countless benefits for your mind-body-spirit. Yoga in the silks helps to decompress the spine, increases core strength and balance, and provides the action of pulling, a movement lacking in the traditional yoga practice.

Restful and deeply healing, Restorative yoga is designed to calm your nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, and detoxify your mind, body, and spirit from the overstimulation of our fast-paced world. Using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps, this 1-hour class will leave you feeling like you’ve had a full night's sleep.

Linking the breath with body movements, THE flow vinyasa yoga includes movements that focus on centering, pranayama, sun salutations, peak poses, balance, and overall strengthening and opening of the body. Modifications for all poses are given.

Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the fascia and connective tissue and compressing the joints to achieve greater flexibility, increased circulation, joint health, and peace. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes while the body is supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks.

Water exercise is an excellent way to a fit and healthy body. Classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. It takes advantage of your buoyancy in the water and the resistance the water creates. No matter what your goals or therapeutic needs are, aqua fitness can help you reach them.

Great for all levels, barre helps to improve your balance, build strength, make you more flexible, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core. A fusion of ballet, yoga, and pilates, barre focuses on micro moves using various props.

Float your cares away while learning to fully surrender to the moment. Learn a variety of meditation techniques in each class that will help you find ways to practice Mindfulness. From body scans to guided visualizations, mantra and Yoga Nidra -- all approached from the place of awareness and non-judging.  You will use things like breath focus and visualization to create a connection to each moment.
