vinyasa flow yoga

Linking the breath with body movements, THE flow vinyasa yoga includes movements that focus on centering, pranayama, sun salutations, peak poses, balance, and overall strengthening and opening of the body. Modifications for all poses are given.

aerial flow yoga

Aerial yoga has countless benefits for your mind-body-spirit. Yoga in the silks helps to decompress the spine, increases core strength and balance, and provides the action of pulling, a movement lacking in the traditional yoga practice.

power flow yoga

THE power flow fuses multiple yoga traditions with warmth or heat to deliver a deep sweat and detox of the body. Linking the breath to the body, this high-energy cardio yoga class will leave you feeling strong and cleansed, body, mind + soul.

restorative flow yoga

Restful and deeply healing, Restorative yoga is designed to calm your nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, and detoxify your mind, body, and spirit from the overstimulation of our fast-paced world. Using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps, this 1-hour class will leave you feeling like you’ve had a full night's sleep.

sculpt + flow yoga

A combination of weight training, cardio, and vinyasa yoga, sculpt + flow is a unique and challenging workout.

Resembling high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit-style workouts, sculpt + flow includes a mix of cardio and strength while moving quickly from one exercise to the next with little break in between.

yin yoga

Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the fascia and connective tissue and compressing the joints to achieve greater flexibility, increased circulation, joint health, and peace. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes while the body is supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks.

TRX

TRX, or Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability.

Mudra Meditation

This fun and accessible class will slow down and quiet the busiest of minds. Learn to enjoy the internal journey in this instruction-based, experiential class that offers tools and techniques to weave mindfulness into your daily life.

sound healing

Sound in meditation is a unique way to relax and release the chatter in one’s mind and enjoy the space between thoughts. It can help remove blockages and realign the energies in your body. 

Enjoy a fusion of breath work,  gongs, chimes, singing bowls, and other instruments, which allow you to relax, quiet the “monkey mind,” relieve stress, and achieve a meditative state through sound vibration. 

floating meditation

Float your cares away while learning to fully surrender to the moment. Learn a variety of meditation techniques in each class that will help you find ways to practice Mindfulness. From body scans to guided visualizations, mantra and Yoga Nidra -- all approached from the place of awareness and non-judging.  You will use things like breath focus and visualization to create a connection to each moment.
