about
Embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and personal growth with our comprehensive 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. This immersive training is designed for 200 RYT yoga practitioners who are ready to deepen their practice, expand their knowledge, and become certified 500 RYT yoga teachers.
Led by a team of experienced and passionate yoga instructors, this training goes beyond the basics to explore the rich traditions and philosophies of yoga. Through a combination of in-depth study, practical teaching experience, and self-reflection, participants will gain the skills and confidence needed to guide others on their yoga journey.
Over the course of the program, participants will delve into advanced yoga techniques, anatomy and physiology, pranayama (breath control), meditation, yoga philosophy, and the art of sequencing. Through experiential learning and interactive workshops, students will deepen their understanding of alignment principles, modifications, and adjustments to ensure safe and effective practice for students of all levels.
In addition to honing teaching skills, our training places a strong emphasis on personal growth and transformation. Participants will explore themes such as self-awareness, authenticity, and cultivating a compassionate presence both on and off the mat. Through practices such as journaling, group discussions, and guided meditations, students will develop a deeper connection to themselves and their own unique teaching style.
Upon completion of the program, participants will be eligible to register as a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, a globally recognized credential that opens doors to teaching opportunities worldwide. Whether you aspire to teach yoga professionally or simply deepen your own practice, our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a journey of empowerment, growth, and transformation.
Our heart-centered E-500 RYT teachers will continue to mentor all students upon completion of the certification program and will continue to provide each newly certified teacher with access to resources and future immersion workshops. Passionate about creating a community of connection, our instructors have committed to continue to share their insight and love for yoga well beyond the training dates.
Welcome to YOUR profound transformation.
