price includes accommodations, Friday evening dinner, 3 meals on Saturday, Sunday breakfast, activity material, supplies, and a self-care kit to enjoy during the retreat or at home. private massage therapy sessions will be available throughout the retreat for an additional fee.

accommodation information
the almost heaven retreat offers 10 private rooms and 5 shared rooms. room assignments will be based on registration order. to secure a private room, please contact heather jefferson at hjefferson@thepearlspa.com. a $50 upgrade fee will apply.
each participant should bring the following:
towels and personal hygiene supplies
winter gear (coat, hat, gloves)
shoes appropriate for outdoors
water bottle
yoga mat, yoga bolster, yoga blocks, and yoga blankets

payment + cancelation
the full payment of $600.00 is due in full at the time of registration.
cancelations 30 days in advance receive a 100% refund.
cancelations less than 15 days receive a 50% refund.
there will be no refunds for cancelations less than 10 days in advance.
each participant will be asked to complete a liability waiver, emergency medical form and bring their identification and insurance cards. more information to follow.
