heated flow - This heated version of our pearl flow is practiced in a studio heated to 80-85 degrees to warm the body quickly, preventing injury and offering students a detoxifying effect. This style of vinyasa yoga is practiced by linking conscious breath with dynamic fluid movement.
sound bath meditation - Sound baths are a relaxing, heart and mind-opening type of meditative experience that leaves you feeling wonderful. They can help remove blockages and realign the energies in your body. Scientific studies have shown the health benefits of sound meditation.
yin yoga + reiki meditation - A sweet blend of Reiki energy healing and gentle yin yoga postures, this dual practice incites energetic alignment, deep relaxation, and mind-body connectedness.

THE classes
our classes are designed to help you move your body and balance your mind and soul. you will choose two from the following classes:
gentle flow - This class, held mostly on the floor, offers an intuitive, relaxed approach to yoga. Sequencing focuses on breath, gentle flowing movements, and longer-held supported poses. Students will leave class feeling calm, clear, and at peace.
beginner aerial flow - Aerial yoga has countless benefits for your mind-body-spirit. Yoga in the silks helps to decompress the spine, increases core strength and balance, and provides the action of pulling, a movement lacking in the traditional yoga practice.
THE workshops
all participants will enjoy both of our relaxing and enjoyable workshops:
best face forward - In this fun, interactive workshop taught by our talented aestheticians, you will learn the fundamentals for caring for your skin at home, get the real facts on proper skin care techniques, discover the link between nutrition and skin health and work with our professionals to create a customized skin care program for yourself.
soul chakras collage - learn what the chakras are and how to live your best life by caring for your energy centers. Then, use artistic expression to connect deeply with yourself and your chakras.
each participant should bring the following:
swimsuit and shower shoes or flip flops
appropriate clothing for exercise
comfortable clothing for meditations and surrender circles
water bottle
payment + cancelation
the full payment is due in full at the time of registration. cancelations 15 days in advance and receive a 100% refund.
cancelations of less than 15 days receive a 50% refund. there will be no refunds for cancelations less than 3 days in advance.
each participant will be asked to complete a liability waiver and emergency medical form and bring their identification and insurance cards. more information to follow upon registering.
