In this workshop, attendees will practice how to plate flood and identify/categorize ingredients in a meal to determine how balanced they are. This interactive class will provide guests with self compassion techniques to identify ways we limit ourselves through our own thoughts. Erika will walk us through why counting calories is not the way to go, how to simplify your diet and the missing macronutrient in all of our diets.
